Real models, no dilution · enterprise SLA
Models that don't get dumber, service that doesn't drop — the two things that most deserve transparency. Other relays are black boxes; here it's verifiable.

API and console outage
Resolved2026-08-03 06:09–06:37 UTC · lasted 28 minutes
- Impact
- Requests to api.zetaapi.ai failed with connection or certificate errors; the console was unreachable. The marketing site was unaffected thanks to Cloudflare caching.
- Cause
- Automatic renewal of our site-wide TLS certificate had been failing. The certificate should have renewed 30 days before expiry, but the renewal process failed repeatedly from early July and this only surfaced when the certificate actually expired. Throughout that period the certificate's health status kept reporting normal — the real signal lived in a field nothing was watching.
- Follow-up
- The certificate was reissued and loaded across all gateway nodes. We have since completed four improvements: fixed the root cause of the renewal failure, added automatic reloading when certificates change, added alerts on both remaining validity and overdue renewal, and wired up an external monitoring channel that is independent of this cluster.
Account pool
Every request hits a real Claude Max subscription · pooled rotation, faulty accounts auto-evicted IllustrativeTo protect account security, the account counts and quotas below are illustrative (magnitudes are real, values are dynamically simulated, not per-account real-time data); the service status (① above) is real monitoring data. The accounts behind are all real Claude Max subscriptions, not cracked keys.
